These terms apply to brandsandlogos.net and to quotes and orders placed with Brands and Logos (“we,” “us,” “our”). By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Information on this site

We work to keep the information on this site accurate, but product details, minimums, turnaround times, and availability are general information, not an offer. The details in your written quote and approved proof govern your order.

Our content

The text, photos, graphics, and design of this site belong to Brands and Logos or are used with permission. Please don’t copy or reuse them without our written permission. Client logos and artwork shown on this site belong to their owners.

Third-party sites and tools

Our site links to services we don’t control, such as our online quote forms, product catalogs, and social media. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.

Quotes and minimums

Quotes are based on the quantities, products, artwork, and decoration methods described when the quote is issued. Changes to any of these can change the price and timeline. Minimum quantities vary by decoration method and product and are confirmed in your quote.

Proofs

We send a digital proof before production. Production begins only after you approve it. Please check spelling, colors, sizes, placement, and quantities carefully, because we produce your order as approved.

Deposits and payment

A 50% deposit is required to begin production. The remaining balance is due on completion. Net payment terms are available on a case-by-case basis with approval.

Turnaround

Standard turnaround is 10–15 business days after proof approval and deposit. Rush service is available when our schedule allows and may include added charges. Turnaround times are estimates. Supplier stock, shipping carriers, and other factors outside our control can cause delays.

Changes and cancellations

Because every order is custom, changes or cancellations after proof approval may not be possible, and any costs already incurred for garments, products, setup, or production may be billed.

Color and product variation

Colors on screens and printed proofs can look different from finished products, and garments and products can vary slightly between dye lots and suppliers. We match colors as closely as the materials and decoration method allow.

Shipping and pickup

We ship domestically and internationally. International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, and fees, which are the buyer’s responsibility. Company store orders ship directly to each buyer unless pickup or delivery to one location is arranged. Local pickup is available at our shop in Keizer.

Your artwork

By sending us artwork, logos, names, or trademarks, you confirm that you own them or have permission to use them, and you agree to be responsible for any claims that arise from their use. We may decline any order we believe infringes someone else’s rights or that we consider inappropriate.

Customer-supplied goods

We accept customer-supplied garments and products after reviewing them. Please include 5 extra pieces per order for setup and testing. Some fabrics, coatings, and constructions react unpredictably to decoration. We are not responsible for supplied items damaged during normal production, and we will tell you before production if we have concerns about an item.

Problems with an order

Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us promptly about any problem so we can review it with you.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for the affected items, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or event-related costs.

​

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon. Any dispute will be handled in the state courts located in Marion County, Oregon.

​

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed. The terms in effect when you approve your proof apply to that order.
