What Can We Engrave?
Yes. Laser-engraved leather patches give hats a premium, retail look. Leather patches start at 12 pieces, so you can start small and reorder matching patches later.
Do You Make Leather Patch Hats?
Yes. We engrave customer-supplied items after reviewing the material. Please include 5 extra pieces for test engraving.

OUR APPROACH
Good Engraving Starts With the Artwork.
Engraving is one color: the material’s own contrast. Logos with gradients or many colors are simplified to a single-tone version, and we send a proof for your approval before anything is engraved.
Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF, SVG) give the sharpest edges. Very fine lines can fill in on wood and leather, so we flag them during artwork review.
With 37+ years of combined industry experience, we look at the product, material, artwork, and placement together. If a different product or decoration method would represent your brand better, we’ll recommend it.
