Different Methods. Different Possibilities.
Not every project calls for hundreds of pieces. Digital printing gives businesses, brands, and individuals the flexibility to create custom apparel in smaller quantities without sacrificing color, detail, or creativity.
With over 37 years of combined industry experience, our team understands how artwork, fabric, and production methods work together to influence the finished product. Whether you're launching a limited merchandise release, outfitting a team, or ordering a handful of custom shirts, we'll help you determine whether DTF, DTG, or vinyl is the right fit for your design, quantity, and budget.
You don't need to know which printing method to choose. That's our job.
DTF PRINTING
Full Color. Flexible Quantities.
DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing is one of our go-to methods for smaller apparel orders, especially when a design has multiple colors or intricate details. The process allows us to transfer full-color artwork onto a variety of garments, including cotton, polyester, and blends.
Because DTF doesn't require the same setup as traditional screen printing, it's a great option for smaller runs, limited merchandise releases, and custom apparel that needs to stand out.
Not every garment or design is the same, though. Our team considers the artwork, fabric, placement, and quantity before recommending DTF to make sure it's the right fit for your project.

Small Runs. No Small Ideas.
Digital printing is built for full-color artwork, fine detail, and orders where every piece can be different. Names and numbers, one-off pieces for a team, test runs before a bigger order, or a limited drop that needs to look like retail.
When a design is simple and the quantity is large, screen printing is often the better value. We’ll tell you when that’s the case.

DTF is our go-to for full-color designs, gradients, and fine detail on smaller runs. It works on cotton, polyester, and blends, which makes it a flexible option for performance wear and mixed-fabric orders.
When Does DTF Make Sense?
DTG prints directly into the fabric for a soft feel on cotton garments. It’s a strong choice for detailed, full-color artwork on tees when you want the print to feel like part of the shirt.
When Does DTG Make Sense?
No. DTF and DTG don’t require screens, so there’s no minimum order. For larger runs of simpler designs, screen printing may be more cost-effective, and we’ll recommend it when it is.
Is There a Minimum?
You don't need to know. Tell us what you're making, how many you need, and how the apparel will be used. We'll recommend the production method that makes the most sense.
Not Sure What Method You Need?

OUR APPROACH
Great Prints Start Before Production.
Digital printing makes almost any design possible, but the result still depends on the decisions made before production. The garment, fabric, artwork, color, placement, and quantity all shape how the finished piece looks and wears.
With 37+ years of combined industry experience, we look at the whole project before recommending DTF, DTG, or vinyl. If your artwork needs adjusting to print cleanly, we’ll tell you. If screen printing or embroidery would give you a better result, we’ll recommend it.
You don't need to know how your project should be produced. That's our job.
