Which Hat Fits Your Brand?
A hat is often the most-worn piece of branded gear a business hands out. A good one shows up on job sites, at games and around town for years, so the style matters as much as the logo.
Structured caps and trucker hats give a logo a clean, bold front panel. Unstructured dad hats and beanies feel more relaxed. Patches work well when a logo has fine detail that is hard to stitch small.
Before we stitch, we look at your artwork, the hat style, the placement and how your team will actually wear it, so the last hat in the run looks like the first.
Send us your logo and we will recommend the hat and decoration that represent your brand best.

Good Embroidery Starts Before the First Stitch.
Your Logo Shouldn't Be an Experiment.
You've already invested in building your brand. When your logo goes on a hat, uniform, polo, or jacket, it should look like it belongs there. A logo designed for a screen isn't automatically ready for thread.
Small lettering can disappear. Fine lines can lose definition. Too much stitch density can change how a garment looks and feels. And the wrong size or placement can make even well-produced embroidery look out of place.
With 37+ years of combined industry experience, we've learned to look at those details before production begins. We consider the garment, artwork, placement, size, thread, and stitch construction together—not after something goes wrong.
If your artwork needs to change, we'll explain why. If a different placement would work better, we'll recommend it. And if embroidery isn't the right answer for your project, we'll tell you.
You shouldn't have to understand embroidery to get embroidery right. That's our job. Protecting your brand matters more than forcing the process.
Custom Hat Questions, Answered.
What's the minimum order for custom hats?
8 pieces per design, with a $200 minimum per order.
Will my logo work as embroidery?
Most logos can, but artwork made for screens usually needs adjusting for thread. Small lettering, fine lines and gradients are the common issues. We review your artwork before production and recommend the size, placement and stitch changes that make it look right on the garment.
What does embroidery work best on?
Hats, polos, jackets, uniforms and workwear — garments built for repeated wear. Fine details, oversized graphics and lightweight fabrics often look better screen printed or with DTF, and we'll tell you when that's the case.
Can you embroider garments I already have?
Yes. We accept customer-supplied garments after review and ask for 5 extra pieces with your order.
How long does an embroidery order take?
Standard turnaround is 10–15 business days, with rush production available when you need it sooner.
Where is your embroidery done?
In-house at our 6,000 sq ft shop at 3816 River Rd N in Keizer, Oregon. We work with businesses, schools and organizations across Salem, the Willamette Valley and beyond.
